Shake well before use. Apply a dropper of serum to clean, dry skin on the face and neck twice a day. If more hydration is needed, follow up with our Glycolic Cream or moisturizer of choice. Avoid the immediate eye area. Due to increased skin sensitivity, always wear sunscreen when using this product.

    Glycolic Serum bottle arrived empty

    The bottle arrived empty. I could not figure out why the pump would not work. So I called your customer service department and the lady was clueless. She checked with you support team. They went over the simple directions on how to open the pump. I already knew how to open and activate the pump. Ive been buying your products for 19 years. Then they suggested I open the bottle and look at the pump stem. I did this after i got off the phone. The pump stem was DRY. I got a flashlight and looked in the small bottle. There is just a hint of liquid at the very bottom. The bottle is empty. It needs to be replaced. Thanks.

    Best product love it
