Do you offer any product guarantee?

Yes, we have confidence in our products, and our return policy reflects that. If you are not satisfied with a Serious Skincare product purchase for any reason, return the unused portion within 30 days for a full refund of your purchase price. 

How long do your products last? What is the shelf life?

The shelf life of a product depends on numerous factors. As a rule, however, sealed products last longer than open ones. So, if you aren’t planning on using a product for a while, don’t open it. Additionally, storing products in hot or humid environments can sometimes diminish their efficacy. 

Are your products gluten-free?

Although most of our products are gluten-free, each finished formula is required to go through specific product testing to claim that designation. Consequently, we do not guarantee that our products are gluten free. 

Are your products cruelty-free?

Absolutely! None of our products are tested on animals. We determine our products’ safety and effectiveness by testing them on human volunteers in a clinical environment. We rigorously test all products before they are sold to customers.

Some of our products are so effective they tend to draw more inquiries than others. Here are some of the most common questions we receive about our most popular products. 

How is Firm-A-Face different from InstaTox?

Both of these products can rapidly reduce skin wrinkles to give you a fresh, youthful look, but they work in different ways. While Firm-A-Face is an overall mask that tightens the skin, closes pores, and reduces under-eye puffiness, InstaTox intensely targets smaller areas and individual wrinkles. 

Can Firm-A-Face and InstaTox be used together?

Yes, and they often are applied together. If you want to combine these two products, Firm-A-Face goes first. Apply it to your face skin, remove it by splashing water, and then pat your skin dry. Next, apply InstaTox to the targeted areas for further wrinkle reduction. 

In what order do you use skincare products?

To maximize the effectiveness of your skincare products, develop both a morning and an evening routine. Additionally, apply your products in their intended order. 

Morning Order

  • Cleanser – Clean your skin with a cleanser designed for your skin type.
  • Serum – These are designed to be rapidly absorbed into the skin and should immediately follow cleaning. 
  • Eye Cream – Very gentle, rapidly-absorbent eye creams should be applied to the delicate skin around your eyes. 
  • Moisturizer – Unlike serums and eye creams, these are heavier creams that hold moisture in the skin and slowly penetrate it throughout the day.
  • Face Oil—If you have dryer skin and use a face oil, it should be applied after the above products, or it will prevent them from working properly. 
  • Sunscreen – Apply SPF protection last (or before cosmetics). This will shield your skin from destructive UV rays. 

Evening Order 

Your evening routine is similar to your morning routine, except that if you wear makeup, you should use a makeup remover before cleansing. You can also skip the sunscreen step at the end since you won’t be going outside. 

How can I incorporate Serious Skincare into my skincare routine?

If you want to try one of our products, one of the best ways is to replace your existing product with ours before you run out. For example, if you want to try one of our moisturizers, order it and start using it at the appropriate step in your routine. As your existing products run out, you can replace them one by one. Or order as many as you want. Just make sure you read the instructions and apply them appropriately.

Can I use Serious Skincare serums under makeup?

All of our moisturizing products, including serums, should go on before you do your makeup. You should apply a serum immediately after you cleanse your face with a cleanser designed for your skin type. You should also apply eye creams, moisturizers, oils (if you use them), and sunscreen in the daytime prior to applying your makeup. 

How do I use Serious Skincare products? 

You should always follow the directions when using our products. Our products are safe and scientifically developed for maximum results. However, some people have sensitivities to specific ingredients. Discontinue use if you have an allergic reaction or notice any adverse effects.
