We want you to love your Serious Skincare® products. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the unused portion within 30 days of purchase for a refund of the purchase price.*

Return Processing Fee
A $5 return processing fee will be deducted from all refunds. Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Refused Shipments
Refused shipments will be subject to the applicable shipping costs plus a 10% restocking fee.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method and keeping your tracking information until your return has been processed.

Shipping & Delivery

Orders containing in-stock merchandise are typically processed within 48 hours. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Standard Shipping
Orders shipped using standard delivery should typically arrive within 10 business days.

Express Shipping
Orders shipped using express delivery should typically arrive within 5 business days.
