Cancelling an Order

We will make every effort to accommodate your cancellation request. However, once an order has entered processing, fulfillment, or has shipped, we may no longer be able to cancel or modify it.

Submitting a cancellation request does not guarantee that your order can be cancelled.

Already Shipped?

If your order has already shipped, it cannot be cancelled. Once your order arrives, you may return eligible products in accordance with our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee and Return Policy.

Applicable return processing fees and non-refundable shipping charges may apply.

Changing an Order

Once an order has been submitted, we cannot guarantee changes to products, quantities, shipping addresses, or shipping methods.
