Order Processing

In-stock orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day. During major promotions, holidays, or periods of high order volume, additional processing time may be required.

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package all the way to your door.

Standard Shipping
Standard U.S. orders are typically delivered within 5–10 business days after your order has been processed and shipped.

Shipping Rates
Standard shipping is $5.95 for U.S. orders.

Shipping to Canada

Yes, Serious Skincare® ships to Canada!

Available shipping methods, rates, and estimated delivery times for Canadian orders will be displayed at checkout based on your delivery address.

Canadian orders may require additional transit time. Customs processing may also affect delivery times.

Any applicable duties, taxes, customs fees, or import charges will be displayed or collected as applicable to the order and destination.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been processed and shipped from our distribution center, you’ll receive a tracking number by email.

Please allow time for your carrier to update tracking information after your shipping confirmation is sent.

Delivery Estimates

Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Weather, carrier delays, holidays, customs processing, and other circumstances outside of our control may affect delivery times.

Some specialty items may also require additional processing or delivery time.
