    Membership

    Love some of the products but the membership is not worth it. You get charged full price then you have to go through customer service to correct the issue. Such a hassle. Not worth it.

    Website Problem

    I love the products, but your website needs improvement. As a member, I should get 35% off and free shipping when I order products online. Instead I have to pay full price and shipping cost to complete the transaction. I then have to call your customer service to receive the refund. I'm seriously thinking of canceling my membership.

    Loving My Membershipp

    I am 76 years old, and most of my life I have been plagued with problematic skin. On my 50th birthday I saw SSC with Jennifer Flavin Stallone. I decided to treat myself and try just one more time! It has been a marvelous experience. My skin is soft, & supple and looks so clear. Every now & then I might have a very small breakout and it’s O.K. ! I have everything I need. Most people think I’m about 50. Not bad!

    Club membership

    I have been a long time user of serious skin care. I cancelled my membership and I as buying products as I needed. Recently rejoined my membership and have had a terrible time. I’m not getting club membership discount and they even try to charge me shipping. It’s sad. As I reached out to customer service but I’m still not getting a discount and even clicked on the link they sent. Very frustrating.
